Old Cosmos Accounts

The hundreds of unused Cosmos accounts are finally to be "deleted":

• finally "delete" old unused Cosmos accounts :
  • back up files and stick tape in our safe (data protection stuff?);
  • move accounts to one particular disk (for convenience) and compress
    • delete eventually;
