Cosmos/Solaris:

The teTeX distribution is installed on Cosmos. To use, immediately after login type setup_latex to access the commands tex, latex, xdvi and dvips.

Linux

The teTeX distribution comes with most Linux distributions.

MS Windows

For installation on office and home PCs, we suggest you take a look at MiKTeX.

Public Clusters

Apparently MikTeX v2.4 (as of 2006 February) is available in the public clusters under Accessories.
